1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2002-76 under the Community Planning Act is amended in the definition “total tax base” by striking out “Village of Clair, Village of Lac Baker” and substituting “Clair, Lac Baker”.
2Subsection 3(2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Village of Clair, Village of Lac Baker” and substituting “Clair, Lac Baker”.
3Section 5 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (1)(b) by striking out “Village of Clair, Village of Lac Baker” and substituting “Clair, Lac Baker”;
(b) by repealing subsection (2).
4Section 6 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “Village of Clair, Village of Lac Baker” and substituting “Clair, Lac Baker”;
(b) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following:
(c) by the council of Clair, in proportion to the percentage that the municipal tax base of Clair for the previous year bears to the total tax base for the previous year;
(c) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) by the council of Lac Baker, in proportion to the percentage that the municipal tax base of Lac Baker for the previous year bears to the total tax base for the previous year;
