1Section 7 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (g) by striking out “excluding the Villages of Bath and Bristol” and substituting “excluding that part of the town of Florenceville-Bristol located therein, the Village of Bath”;
(b) in paragraph (i) by striking out “excluding that part of the village of Florenceville” and substituting “excluding that part of the town of Florenceville-Bristol”;
(c) in paragraph (k) by striking out “excluding that part of the village of Florenceville” and substituting “excluding that part of the town of Florenceville-Bristol”.
2Paragraph 12(b) of the English version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “excluding the Village of Clair” and substituting “excluding the village of Clair”.
