1Paragraph 4(8)(h) of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(h) the rural community of Campobello Island continued under the Rural Community of Campbello Island Regulation - Municipalities Act, the territorial limits of which are set out under that regulation,
