1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 88-235 under the Livestock Incentives Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (3)(b) and substituting the following:
(b) $75,000.
(b) by repealing subsection (4) and substituting the following:
4(4)The maximum amount of all outstanding livestock loans that may be made to a farmer is $75,000.
