5.1(1)Each member of the Board who is not employed in the Civil Service as defined in the Civil Service Act is entitled to remuneration of $100.00 for each day or portion of each day that he or she attends meetings of the Board.

5.1(2)If the Chair is not employed in the Civil Service as defined in the Civil Service Act, the Chair shall receive an additional $25.00 for each day or portion of each day that he or she attends meetings of the Board.

5.1(3)If the Vice-Chair is not employed in the Civil Service as defined in the Civil Service Act, the Vice-Chair shall receive an additional $25.00 for each day or portion of each day that he or she attends meetings of the Board on behalf of the Chair.

5.1(4)Each member of the Board is entitled to be reimbursed for travelling and living expenses incurred by the member in the performance of his or her duties in accordance with the Travel Directive of the Board of Management.
