1Paragraph 3(1)(a.051) of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(a.051) an offence under paragraph 71(1)(c), (d) or (e) of the Crown Lands and Forests Act;
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by striking out
