Retirement Plan Beneficiaries Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 92-95 under the Retirement Plan Beneficiaries Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semicolon followed by “and”;
(c) by adding after paragraph (b) the following:
(c) a tax-free savings account, also known as a TFSA as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
COMMENCEMENT
2This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2009.
