Natural Products Act

1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2005-142 under the Natural Products Act is amended by adding the following after section 1:

Election of officers

1.1Members shall, at the meeting of the Board following the annual meeting of delegates, elect from among themselves the officers of the Board.
