1Paragraph 3(a.06) of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended by striking out “34(2)(a) or 39(b)” and substituting “34(2)(a) or (c), paragraph 39(b)”.
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended in the portion for the Fish and Wildlife Act
(a) by striking out
34(2)(a)
hunting wildlife (or angling) without a licence
and substituting
34(2)(a)
hunting wildlife without a licence
(b) by adding after
34(2)(a)
hunting wildlife without a licence
the following:
34(2)(c)
angling without a proper licence
