1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2005-146 under the Natural Products Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “60 members” and substituting “36 members”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “Two members” and substituting “One member”;
(c) by repealing subsection (4).
2Subsection 6(5) of the Regulation is repealed.
3Schedule A of the Regulation is amended in subsection 2(3) by striking out “Twenty members” and substituting “Nineteen members”.
