1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 95-74 under the Financial Administration Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
2The annual fee for the provision of a photo identification card by the Minister of Public Safety is $10.
2The Regulation is amended by adding after section 2 the following:
2.1The fee for replacement of a photo identification card is $15.
3This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2009.
