1New Brunswick Regulation 94-157 under the Public Purchasing Act is amended by adding after section 28.1 the following:
28.2The New Brunswick Power Holding Corporation, the New Brunswick Power Generation Corporation, the New Brunswick Power Coleson Cove Corporation and the New Brunswick Power Nuclear Corporation listed in Schedule B are exempt from subsections 4(1), (3), (4) and (5) of the Act for purchases of fuel for use in a generating station owned by one of the corporations.
