1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-165 under the Electrical Installation and Inspection Act is amended in the French version of the definition « alimentation » by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”.
2Section 8 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (2) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”;
(b) in subsection (3)
(i) in paragraph a) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”;
(ii) in paragraph b) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”;
(c) in subsection (4) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”;
(d) in paragraph (6)b) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”.
3Section 16 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (9) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”;
(b) in subsection (10) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”.
4Section 18 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”;
(c) in subsection (3) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” wherever it appears and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”;
(d) in subsection (4) by striking out “fournisseur autorisé” and substituting “distributeur d’électricité”.
5This Regulation comes into force on March 1, 2009.
