REGULATION 2009-168

Municipalities Act

1Paragraph 20(p) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(p) the parish of Stanley, excluding the Village of Stanley and that part of the rural community of Upper Miramichi located therein, that is shown on the attached Schedule 20(p) - North and Schedule 20(p) - South, for fire protection and recreational facilities; and
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 20(p) - North and Schedule 20(p) - South in numerical order.
3This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2010.
