REGULATION 2009-167

Municipalities Act

1Section 110 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
110(1)The village called Village of Stanley is continued.
110(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Stanley, being an area contiguous to Village of Stanley, is annexed to Village of Stanley and the new territorial limits of Village of Stanley are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 110(2).
110(3)The effective date of the annexation is January 1, 2010.
110(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as the Village of Stanley.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 110(2) in numerical order.
3This Order comes into force on January 1, 2010.
