REGULATION 2009-160

1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-229 under the Civil Service Act is amended by repealing the following definitions:
(a) “desirable qualifications”;
(b) “necessary qualifications”.
2The heading “QUALIFICATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS” preceding section 3 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 3 of the Regulation is repealed.
4Section 4 of the Regulation is repealed.
5The heading “ELIGIBILITY LISTS” preceding section 5 of the Regulation is repealed.
6Section 5 of the Regulation is repealed.
7Section 6 of the Regulation is repealed.
8The heading “NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT WITHOUT COMPETITION” preceding section 11 of the Regulation is repealed.
9Section 11 of the Regulation is repealed.
10Subsection 12(3) of the Regulation is repealed.
11This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2009.
