1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 85-165 under the Official Languages of New Brunswick Act is amended by striking out “subsection 15(3) of the Official Languages of New Brunswick Act” and substituting “section 45 of the Official Languages Act”.
2Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Official Languages of New Brunswick Act” and substituting “Official Languages Act”.
3Section 2 of the Regulation is amended in the definition “Official Translator” by striking out “subsection 15(3) of the Official Languages of New Brunswick Act” and substituting “section 44 of the Official Languages Act”.
4Subsection 5(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Subject to subsection 6(3) of the Court Reporters Act and to subsection (2)” and substituting “Subject to subsection (2)”.
5This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2009.
