1Section 7 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended by striking out “stenographer appointed by the Minister of Justice and Consumer Affairs under the Recording of Evidence by Sound Recording Machine Act” and substituting “stenographer appointed by the Minister of Justice and Consumer Affairs under the Recording of Evidence Act”.
2This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2009.
