1Schedule 0.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended by striking out “is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of not more than six months or to both fine and imprisonment” and substituting “commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category F offence”.
