1Form 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 86-121 under the Archives Act is amended by striking out “an offence punishable on summary conviction by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, and that an offence under section 12 of the Archives Act is punishable on summary conviction by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars” and substituting “an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category F offence, and that an offence under section 12 of the Archives Act is punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category F offence”.
