1Section 6 of New Brunswick Regulation 82-109 under the Crown Construction Contracts Act is amended
(a) in subsection (2)
(i) in paragraph (a) by striking out “Board of School Trustees” wherever it appears and substituting “District Education Council”;
(ii) in paragraph (b) by striking out “Board of School Trustees” wherever it appears and substituting “District Education Council”;
(b) in subsection (3) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “Board of School Trustees” and substituting “District Education Council”;
(c) in subsection (4) by striking out “Board of School Trustees” and substituting “District Education Council”;
(d) in paragraph (5)(a) by striking out “Board of School Trustees” wherever it appears and substituting “District Education Council”;
(e) in subsection (6) by striking out “Board of School Trustees” wherever it appears and substituting “District Education Council”.
2Paragraph 7(1)(a) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
(a) reasonably in advance of the tender closing date, public advertisement of the work to be carried out;
COMMENCEMENT
3This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2010.
