1Subsection 7(1) of the French version of New Brunswick Regulation 87-97 under the Clean Environment Act is amended by striking out “d’assurance-responsabilité” and substituting “d’assurance responsabilité”.
2Subsection 26(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
26(2)Information required under paragraph (1)(f) shall be prepared or approved by an engineer who is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick or who is licensed to practise engineering under the Engineering and Geoscience Professions Act.
3Paragraph 44(1)d) of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “permetent” and substituting “permettent”.
4Section 45 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (1)k) by striking out “établir toute autre ordonnance” and substituting “prendre tout arrêté”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “émettre une ordonnance en vertu du paragraphe (1)” and substituting “prendre tout arrêté en vertu du paragraphe (1) et l’adresser”.
5Section 46 of the Regulation is repealed.
6Section 47 of the Regulation is repealed.
7Section 48 of the Regulation is repealed.
8Section 49 of the Regulation is repealed.
9Section 50 of the Regulation is repealed.
10Section 65 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (5) by striking out “sur-le-champs” and substituting “sur-le-champ”;
(b) in subsection (9) by striking out “divisions dix millimètres” and substituting “divisions de dix millimètres”.
11Section 83 of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “désservant” and substituting “desservant”.
12The heading “COUVERTURE D’ASSURANCE RESPONSABILITÉ-CIVILE EXIGÉE POUR CHAQUE GENRE DE LICENCE” in Schedule A of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “RESPONSABILITÉ-CIVILE” et son remplacement par RESPONSABILITÉ CIVILE.
13This Regulation comes into force on November 1, 2009.
