1Schedule C.2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-6 under the Assessment Act is amended
(a) in the heading “TOTAL COST OF FOUNDATION IN PLACE” by striking out “FOUNDATION” and substituting “CONCRETE FOUNDATION”;
(b) by striking out “5% increase to the total cost of the foundation in place” and substituting “5% increase to the total cost of the concrete foundation in place”;
(c) by striking out “5% reduction to the total cost of the foundation in place” and substituting “5% reduction to the total cost of the concrete foundation in place”;
(d) by adding after
For a wind farm containing more than 50 turbine units, apply a 5% reduction to the total cost of the concrete foundation in place.

COMMENCEMENT
2This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2009.
