Under section 38 of the Off-Road Vehicle Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Mount Carleton Grooming Hub Regulation – Off-Road Vehicle Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Off-Road Vehicle Act.
Mount Carleton Grooming Hub
3For the purposes of subsection 7.1(3) of the Act, the area known as the Mount Carleton Grooming Hub is described and identified on the map attached as Schedule A.
