1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2015-4 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (ee) and substituting the following:
(ee) a resident wild turkey licence referred to in paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Wild Turkey Hunting Regulation – Fish and Wildlife Act;
(b) by adding after paragraph (ee) the following:
(ff) a non-resident wild turkey licence referred to in paragraph 9.3(1)(a) of the Wild Turkey Hunting Regulation – Fish and Wildlife Act.
