1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2014-133 under the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (d) by striking out “construction boilermaker” and substituting “boilermaker”;
(b) in paragraph e) of the French version by striking out “électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “électricien (construction)”;
(c) in paragraph (k) of the English version by striking out “sprinkler system installer” and substituting “sprinkler fitter”.
2The heading “Construction boilermaker occupation” preceding section 7 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Construction boilermaker” and substituting “Boilermaker”.
3Subsection 7(2) of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “construction boilermaker” and substituting “boilermaker”.
4 The heading “Profession d’électricien en bâtiment” preceding section 8 of the French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”.
5 Section 8 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) in the portion preceding paragraph a) by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “d’électricien en bâtiment” and substituting “d’électricien (construction)”.
6 The heading “Sprinkler system installer occupation” preceding section 14 of the English version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Sprinkler system installer” and substituting “Sprinkler fitter”.
7 Section 14 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “sprinkler system installer” and substituting “sprinkler fitter”;
(b) in subsection (2) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “sprinkler system installer” and substituting “sprinkler fitter”.
