1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-38 under the Species at Risk Act is amended
(a) in the portion for endangered species
(i) under the heading “Arthropods” by striking out “Clubtail, Skillet (Gomphus ventricosus)”;
(ii) under the heading “Lichens” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Lichen, Black-foam (Anzia colpodes)
(b) in the portion for species of special concern under the heading “Reptiles” by adding the following in alphabetical order:
Turtle, Eastern Painted (Chrysemys picta picta)
