31(2)Where a person has died under any of the circumstances mentioned in section 4 of the
Coroners Act and it is impractical for the coroner to complete the medical certificate of cause of death portion of the death registration form, the coroner may issue a warrant to bury when the coroner has examined the body as provided in the
Coroners Act, and the Registrar General shall issue a burial permit on the delivery to the Registrar General of the warrant to bury, and the coroner, within two days of determining the cause of death or of the completion of the investigation, shall complete the medical certificate of cause of death portion of the death registration form and deliver or mail the form to the Registrar General.
