96Except as provided in this Act, no property is deemed to be injuriously affected by and no property owner or other person is entitled to compensation with respect to a designation or its revocation, an order, a by-law or decision made or anything done by the Minister, a council, a heritage board, an inspector, a heritage officer or the Appeal Board under this Act.
