Easements and covenants registered under the Historic Sites Protection Act
95An easement or covenant registered against real property under section 2.1 of the Historic Sites Protection Act, chapter H-6 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, in effect immediately prior to the commencement of this section is continued, and the holder of the easement or covenant may enforce or assign the easement or covenant in accordance with that section.
