Appeal Board
69(1)The Appeal Board shall hear appeals under this Act.
69(2)Except in a situation referred to in section 66 of the Local Governance Commission Act, a decision made by a majority of the members of the Appeal Board is a decision of the Appeal Board.
69(3)The practices and procedures of the Appeal Board as established by the Local Governance Commission Act and by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council under the Community Planning Act apply, with the necessary modifications, to appeals under this Act.
