Serving of notices by the Director

37.26(1)A notice or other document to be served on a person by the Director under this Part shall be served
(a)
by delivering a copy of it to the person or to an officer or employee of the person,
(b)
by sending a copy of it by registered mail to the person at the last address appearing in the Director’s records for the person or the person’s business, or
(c)
in any other manner provided for in the regulations.
37.26(2)A notice or other document sent to a person in accordance with paragraph (1)(
b) shall be deemed to have been served on the person not later than the fifth day after the day of mailing.
