Commencement provisions
28(1)Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into force on Royal Assent.
28(2)The definition of “Accident Fund” in section 1 and sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 come into force on January 1, 1995.
