26The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations
(a)
prescribing the form and use of any records, reports, certificates, declarations and documents as may be required by the Commission,

(b)

respecting the investment and management of the Accident Fund or the Disability Fund and any other money under the control of the Commission,

respecting conflict of interest, disclosure and divestiture in relation to members of the board of directors and employees of the Commission and enforcement of such provisions,
(d.1)
respecting conflict of interest, disclosure and divestiture in relation to members of the Appeals Tribunal and employees of the Appeals Tribunal and enforcement of such provisions, and
(e)
for the due administration and carrying out of the provisions of this Act.

respecting conflict of interest, disclosure and divestiture in relation to members of the board of directors and employees of the Commission and enforcement of such provisions, and
(e)
for the due administration and carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
