27Subject to paragraph 4(b) and section 22.1, the head of a public body may refuse to disclose to an applicant
(a)
information that is subject to solicitor-client privilege,
(b)
information prepared by or for an agent or lawyer of the Office of the Attorney General or the public body in relation to a matter involving the provision of legal advice or legal services or in relation to the investigation or prosecution of an offence, or
(c)
information in a communication between an agent or lawyer of the Office of the Attorney General or the public body and any other person in relation to a matter involving the provision of legal advice or legal services or in relation to the investigation or prosecution of an offence.
27(1)The head of a public body may refuse to disclose to an applicant
(a)
information that is subject to solicitor-client privilege,
(b)
information prepared by or for an agent or lawyer of the Office of the Attorney General or the public body in relation to a matter involving the provision of legal advice or legal services or in relation to the investigation or prosecution of an offence, or
(c)
information in a communication between an agent or lawyer of the Office of the Attorney General or the public body and any other person in relation to a matter involving the provision of legal advice or legal services or in relation to the investigation or prosecution of an offence.
27(2)The head of a public body shall refuse to disclose to the applicant information that is subject to a solicitor-client privilege of a person other than the public body.
27(1)The head of a public body may refuse to disclose to an applicant
(a)
information that is subject to solicitor-client privilege,
(b)
information prepared by or for an agent or lawyer of the Office of the Attorney General or the public body in relation to a matter involving the provision of legal advice or legal services or in relation to the investigation or prosecution of an offence, or
(c)
information in a communication between an agent or lawyer of the Office of the Attorney General or the public body and any other person in relation to a matter involving the provision of legal advice or legal services or in relation to the investigation or prosecution of an offence.
27(2)The head of a public body shall refuse to disclose to the applicant information that is subject to a solicitor-client privilege of a person other than the public body.
