(a) for the year 1994, shall be an amount that equals 11.6 per cent less than its annual allowance for the year 1993 as published that year under subsection 32(2),

(b) for the year 1995, shall be an amount that equals 10 per cent less than its annual allowance for the year 1994 as published that year under subsection 32(2),

(c) for the year 1996, shall be an amount that equals 4.65 per cent less than its annual allowance for the year 1995 as published that year under subsection 32(2),

(d) for the year 1997, shall be an amount that equals 1.57 per cent less than its annual allowance for the year 1996 as published that year under subsection 32(2),

(e) for the year 1998, shall be an amount that equals 0.75 per cent less than its annual allowance for the year 1997 as published under subsection 32(2),

(f) for the year 1999, shall be an amount that equals 0.33 per cent less than its annual allowance for the year 1998 as published under subsection 32(2),

(g) for the year 2000, shall be an amount that equals 1.00 per cent less than its annual allowance for the year 1999 as published under subsection 32(2),

(h) for the year 2001, shall be an amount that equals 0.15 per cent more than its annual allowance for the year 2000 as published under subsection 32(2),

(i) for the year 2002, shall be an amount that equals 0.17 per cent more than its annual allowance for the year 2001 as published under subsection 32(2),

(j) for the year 2003, shall be an amount that equals 3.37 per cent less than its annual allowance for the year 2002 as published under subsection 32(2),

(k) for the year 2004, shall be an amount that equals 1.75 per cent more than its annual allowance for the year 2003 as published under subsection 32(2),

(l) for the year 2005, shall be an amount that equals 2.00 per cent more than the annual allowance for the year 2004, as published under subsection 32(2), and

(m) for the year 2006, shall be an amount that equals the annual allowance for the year 2005, as published under subsection 32(2).
