3(1)This Act does not apply to campaigns and conventions carried on or held in relation to the leadership of any political party or to the nomination of a candidate in an electoral district.

3(2)Notwithstanding subsection (1), the balance of any donations made in support of the campaign of the successful contender for the leadership of a political party or for the candidacy of a political party or organized group in an electoral district and not expended or consumed by him in the course of the campaign or convention shall be disclosed to the Supervisor by that person within ninety days of his obtaining that leadership or nomination.

3(3)All donations disclosed to the Supervisor under subsection (2) shall be distributed
