Report
73(1)On completing an investigation of a complaint, the Ombud shall prepare a report containing the Ombud’s findings about the complaint and
(a) recommend to the custodian to grant in whole or in part the request for personal health information, or
(b) recommend to the custodian to reply to the request or deny the request.
73(2)The Ombud shall give a copy of the report to the person who filed the complaint and to the custodian concerned.
