Time limit for investigation
72An investigation shall be completed and a report made under section 73 within 90 days after a complaint is filed, unless the Ombud
(a) notifies the individual who filed the complaint, the custodian and any other person who has made representations to the Ombud that the Ombud is extending that period, and
(b) gives an anticipated date for providing the report.
