45(1)A custodian shall, at the request of the Minister, disclose to the Minister personal health information without the consent of the individual to whom the information relates for the purpose of monitoring or verifying claims for payment for health care funded wholly or in part by the Province.

45(2)The Minister may disclose information collected under subsection (1) to another person for a purpose set out in that subsection if the disclosure is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
