Actions done in good faith
93No person shall commence any action or other proceeding for damages against the Council or against a member, officer, employee, agent or appointee of the Council, the Complaints Committee or the Discipline Committee for an act done in good faith in the performance of a duty or the exercise of a power under this Act or a regulation or by-law made under this Act or for the neglect or default in the performance or exercise in good faith of the duty or power.
