Application for stay
77(1)A member who appeals a decision of the Discipline Committee may apply to The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick for a stay of the committee’s order pending the disposition of the appeal, and The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick may make any order it considers appropriate.
77(2)The member shall give the Council at least one week’s notice of an application to The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick to stay an order of a committee.
