71The Discipline Committee shall give its decision, the reasons for its decision and the penalty imposed in writing and shall serve a copy of it on the parties and provide a copy to the complainant, if any, along with a statement of the rights of the parties to appeal the decision to The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick.
