Continuing jurisdiction of Council
37A person whose registration is suspended or revoked or whose registration has expired or who resigns as a member continues to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Council for professional misconduct, incompetence and incapacity referable to the time when the person was a member or to the period of suspension.
