Exclusions
36
Nothing in this Act prohibits or prevents
(
a
)
the practice of medicine by a person authorized to carry on such practice under the
Medical Act
,
(
b
)
the practice of pharmacy by a person authorized to carry on such practice under the
Pharmacy Act
,
(
c
)
the practice of nursing or the practice of a nurse practitioner by a person authorized to carry on such practice under the
Nurses Act
,
(
d
)
the practice of paramedicine by a person authorized to carry on such practice under the
Paramedic Act
, or
(
e
)
any practice authorized under any statute of the Province of New Brunswick.
