97No action lies for damages or otherwise against the following persons or entities in relation to anything done in good faith or omitted in good faith by the person or entity, under this Act, the regulations or a by-law made under this Act:
(a)
the Province;
(b)
the Minister;
(c)
a council;
(d)
an inspector;
(e)
a heritage board;
(f)
a heritage officer;
(g)
the Appeal Board;
(h)
a member or former member of a heritage board or the Appeal Board; and
(i)
a person acting under or who has acted on the instructions of a person or entity referred to in paragraphs (a) to (h).
