58On the making of a by-law under section 55, the council shall register the following documents under the Land Titles Act or the Registry Act, as the case may be:
(a)
a map or plan, showing the boundaries of the municipal heritage conservation area, that is
(i)
under the seal of the municipality, and
(ii)
signed by the clerk of the municipality; and
(b)
a notice of the by-law with respect to all the affected parcels.
