102The following definitions apply in sections 103 to 112:
“Historic Sites Protection Act” means the Historic Sites Protection Act, chapter H-6 of the Revised Statutes, 1973. (Loi sur la protection des lieux historiques)
“Municipal Heritage Preservation Act” means the Municipal Heritage Preservation Act, chapter M-21.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1978. (Loi sur la sauvegarde du patrimoine municipal)
