Objects deposited in the New Brunswick Museum under the authority of the Historic Sites Protection Act
10An historical or anthropological object deposited in the New Brunswick Museum under the authority of section 6 of the Historic Sites Protection Act, chapter H-6 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, immediately before the commencement of this section, shall remain at the Museum in the custody of the Museum’s Board until the Minister directs otherwise.
