Court order for compliance
71(1)If a person fails to comply with the order of the Registrar or adjudicator made under this Act, the Registrar may, in addition to any other rights, make an application to a judge of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick for an order directing the person to comply with the Registrar’s or adjudicator’s order.
71(2)On hearing the application, the judge may make such order as the judge thinks fit.
71(3)An appeal lies to The Court of Appeal of New Brunswick from the judge’s order.
